"Pikorua" offers a series of exercises adapted to the needs and desires of each one! "Pikorua" guides you to create body awareness and feel good through movements with the full body.
Britta Dezillie's classes are intended for all age groups as well as for people with reduced mobility.
Developed as a "cocktail" which combines several practices such as Pilates, Hatha Yoga, Gym for the spine, Swiss Ball, Yogalates, Qi Gong, Trigger and Fascia Therapy, Relaxation, Do-In, Seated Yoga and Aqua Yoga, Britta’s classes a real source of energy and general wellbeing.
Seminars, occasional classes, therapeutic massages, or other seasonal activities are added to this non-exhaustive list! For several years, Britta was teaching and staff member en student mentor of the Institute of Yoga Therapy in Amsterdam (https://theyogatherapyinstitute.org).
Why these courses?
The many human activities leave little time for individuals to take care of themselves. The current lifestyle is often synonymous with intense stress. If we add to this: inappropriate movements, accidents, emotional shocks, sedentarization, frantic consumption in everyday life, junk food, pollution, etc. ... we even go against the "good -to be". On the contrary, all this can become the cause of persistent pain or even sometimes serious illnesses.
